Dec 2003 - Mo-Sci Receives MOBIO Excellence Award
Mo-Sci Corporation was selected to receive MOBIO's 2003 Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award. The award was presented at the MOBIO Annual Awards Dinner, December 1, 2003.
The award is presented to a company that shows a strong entreprenueral spirit and leadership within a Life Science application. Mo-Sci was presented with this award for the technology and advancement in the treatment of liver cancer with TheraSphere, a glass microsphere which is used to treat cases of inoperable liver cancer. Dr. Delbert E. Day, a co-inventor founded Mo-Sci in 1984 to further this technology.
