  • Experienced and dedicated R&D staff trained in glass technology, ceramics, material science, physics, chemistry, metallurgy, biological sciences and pharmacology.

Applications Engineering

  • We can assist you in selecting the best glass for your particular application.
  • Our customer service group offers extensive support to help you manage the challenges associated with new applications.
  • We can recommend when a new product should be developed instead of just making use of available materials.
  • We take the development process from the prototype stage to production, and can supply any quantity from a few grams to a ton or more of the glass you need.

Analytical Services

  • A full complement of equipment for measuring glass properties and trained personnel are available to support research as well as daily production and customer requests.
  • Property measurements include chemical composition, thermal expansion (to 1000°C), DTA, XRD, softening and liquidus temperatures, optical transmission, refractive index, particle size analysis, chemical durability, corrosion studies, SEM and more.
